2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2.4 We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or mobile application.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our current refund policy.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are generally non-refundable.
3.3 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
4. SCHEDULE CHANGES
4.1 Boonsiri Sea Line reserves the right to change schedules, routes, vessels, and prices without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 In case of schedule changes or cancellations by Boonsiri Sea Line, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected passengers and offer alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.
5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
5.2 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents.
5.3 Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by crew members.
6. BAGGAGE POLICY
6.1 Each passenger is allowed a specific baggage allowance as indicated at the time of booking.
6.2 Excess baggage may incur additional charges.
6.3 Boonsiri Sea Line is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay to baggage beyond the limits established by applicable law.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 Boonsiri Sea Line's liability for death, personal injury, and loss or damage to baggage is limited by applicable maritime and transportation laws.
7.2 Boonsiri Sea Line is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. WEBSITE USE
8.1 The content on our website and mobile application is provided for general information purposes only.
8.2 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from our website or mobile application without our prior written permission.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
